Rules
 
  1. You are eligible to participate in the club extralite program unless prohibited by your company's policies.
  2. You must complete the registration form to participate in the program. You will receive credit for qualifying purchases from the beginning of the fiscal month in which you register.
  3. Earned xpoints may be redeemed throughout the program. All unredeemed xpoints will carry over.
  4. xpoints earned are based upon your stock purchases of participating manufacturers’ qualified product. Manufacturer xpoint values differ by manufacturer. See participating manufacturer information for details. Direct ship orders from the participating manufacturers are at the rate of 1/2 point per $1 in purchases.
  5. Qualifying orders must be ordered, shipped and invoiced during the program period.
  6. Your account must be in good standing, consistent with the terms established by Western Extralite's credit department, in order to redeem their xpoints.
  7. xpoints are not redeemable for cash or credit and are not transferable.  All xpoints earned will be awarded to the company registered.
  8. Credits issued for products of participating manufacturers will be deducted from earned award credits.
  9. Points redeemed for charities will be converted into dollars. Western Extralite will send a donation to the selected charity, in the name of the award recipient and/or their company.
  10. The IRS considers award earnings as taxable. Western Extralite will issue a 1099 to all recipients who redeem more than $600 in any year in xpoints throughout the program. All income tax liabilities resulting from merchandise awards are the responsibility of the customer/award recipient.
  11. In all matters relating to interpretation and application of any rule of this program, the decision of Western Extralite shall be final. Western Extralite reserves the right to cancel, amend, or revoke the program at any time due to reasonable business considerations or circumstances beyond our control. In the event of a dispute over whether an order qualifies or not, the judgment of Western Extralite shall prevail. This program is void where prohibited by law or company policy.
