A. You can register by contacting your Western
Extralite Account Manager and requesting a
registration form,
or by registering online here!
Q. When can I redeem xpoints?
A. Anytime. Check your Account Balance on this web
site to see how many xpoints you have to redeem and order the awards
of your choice at anytime. Your account balance is updated monthly in
order to ensure accuracy. All accounts must be in good standing prior
to award point redemption.
Q. How do I earn xpoints?
A. xpoints are earned for your purchases of qualifying products.
xpoints earnings vary from manufacturer
to manufacturer. To review qualifying
manufacturers simply click on the Manufacturers Button on
the Main Menu of this site.
Q. Can I redeem xpoints for cash?
A. No. There is no cash option for your point
earnings.
Q. What if I forgot my login and password for this
web site?
A. Please click here,
write your user name and click Send My Password To Me. We will send
the password to your e-mail address.
Q. How do I know how many xpoints I have?
A. Click on the Award Button and your Account Balance
will be displayed for your review. The amount of xpoints listed next to
“Available xpoints” is the number of xpoints you have to redeem for the
awards of your choice. Your account balance is updated monthly in
order to ensure accuracy.
Q. Who from my company can earn/redeem xpoints?
A. Anyone can earn xpoints as long as they are
conforming to their company's policy and they have officially enrolled
in the program. An authorized representative of your company can
redeem xpoints, which is why all Award Order forms require a signature
and are reviewed by Western Extralite prior to having the award sent
to you.
Q. Will I have to pay taxes?
A. All awards are subject to applicable Federal
Income Tax. It is best to check with your tax consultant to determine
your tax liability. Western
Extralite will issue IRS Form 1099 to any company/individual who
redeems more than $600 worth of awards in the program.
Q. How long does it take for me to get my award?
A. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks from the time we
receive your order to process and deliver your award. If there is any
delay in delivering your award outside this 6 week timeframe, we will
notify you of the delay.
