ORDERING INFORMATION
When your order is received at Award Headquarters, it
is processed immediately and an Acknowledgment Letter is sent to you.
This letter will list all items you ordered along with your Order
Number. Should you need to contact Award Headquarters for any reason
regarding your order, please reference your Order Number.
 | Award orders for Christmas gifts should be
received at Award Headquarters by November 5th to insure delivery by
December 24th. |
IMPORTANT
Manufacturer’s technical advances may necessitate
shipment of updated models at no increase. In the event an item you
order is no longer available, every effort will be made to offer you a
comparable item of equal or greater value. In the case where an item of
equal value cannot be located, we will request from you a reselection of
the merchandise based on your award point accumulation. If you are not
totally satisfied with the substitute, please contact Award Headquarters
immediately at the number given on your acknowledgment letter or packing
slip.
Furniture is custom-made based upon your fabric and/or wood selection.
Therefore, we cannot accept any furniture returns. All furniture is
non-returnable. Please request fabric swatches if you are unsure of a
color choice.
Televisions are non-returnable. Please read the
dimensions in the product copy to ensure the TV will fit your space
before ordering.
SHIPMENT OF YOUR AWARD
Many items will be shipped immediately from our
warehouse. However, it is not always possible to ship all items ordered
together and you may receive your items separately, on different days.
Some merchandise is shipped directly to you from the manufacturer.
Typically your order will arrive within 4-6 weeks of your order date.
Merchandise made to your specifications, such as furniture, may take up
to 12 weeks.
We constantly monitor all open orders to insure the
quickest delivery possible. All items are shipped prepaid with all
applicable delivery charges included. Once the trucking company contacts
you, please schedule your delivery within 2 working days. Failure to
contact the trucking company and schedule delivery in the time specified
may result in an automatic return of merchandise to the manufacturer, or
additional charges.
PLEASE DO NOT PICK UP THE MERCHANDISE YOURSELF.
Due to some local delivery situations it may be
necessary to have a special carrier make a delivery to you. Should this
occur and an additional delivery charge is required, please pay it and
request a signed receipt from the carrier. Simply mail the receipt
(along with your name, address, the item number & order number) to Award
Headquarters and you will be promptly reimbursed. All installations
and/or service are not included in our point values. You should arrange
for these services locally.
MERCHANDISE DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
Transit damage is rare. However, when you receive your
order, please inspect it immediately.
 | All claims must be made within 3 days. |
 | Make certain that you sign the delivery receipt
for ONLY the number of cartons received. |
 | If a container being delivered by motor freight
shows any external damage, it is vital that you note the damage on
all copies of the receiving documents and have the driver sign all
copies. If the damage is significant, refuse the shipment; always
contact Award Headquarters immediately to report any problem.

 | If, after opening a shipment delivered by motor
freight, you find hidden damage to merchandise, retain ALL packing
material and contact the delivering carrier within 48 hours and
request a damage inspection. Forward the inspection report to Award
Headquarters, and keep a copy for your records. Upon receipt of the
damage report, we will notify you of the disposition of the damaged
article(s), file the necessary claim papers and order an immediate
replacement or repair. |
 | Please DO NOT return damaged merchandise until
you receive proper instructions from Award Headquarters. |
RETURNS
We do not accept returns on furniture and televisions.
Please read the dimensions in the product description to ensure the item
you order will fit your space before ordering.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any other
award, we will be happy to replace it as long as the original shipping
cartons and packing material are returned with the items as received.
Please do not return any merchandise without prior instructions from
Award Headquarters. ALL EXCHANGES MUST BE MADE WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM
RECEIPT.
Do not destroy or dispose of any merchandise, shipping
cartons or packing material without prior instructions.
WARRANTY INFORMATION
Manufacturer’s warranty information is available upon
request from Award Headquarters. All items are manufactured by
independent suppliers. THE ONLY WARRANTIES, WHICH APPLY TO ANY ITEMS
ORDERED AND SHIPPED BY US, ARE THOSE OF THE MANUFACTURER, AND, SUBJECT
ONLY TO THE MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTIES.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Accidental typographical errors sometimes occur in
merchandise description and award values. In this event, we reserve the
right to notify the person placing the order of the correct description
or value before merchandise is shipped so adjustments can be made. We
cannot accept responsibility for delays, or inability to fulfill an
order for any causes such as fire, explosion, actions of the elements,
strikes or any other differences with workmen, restrictions or
restraints imposed by law, rules or other order of public authority,
interruption of transportation or other causes of any nature beyond our
control.
